Ingredients
1.0 block Tofu, firm1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce2.0 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula
Directions
Sauteed tofu for 3-5 min in oil, add garlic powder, onion powder and soy sauce. Reduce to medium heat cook additional 5-7 min. Add Yeats and mix well then serve.
