1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 cup Beans, black 454 grams Portabella Mushrooms 6 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1 tbsp Parsley 2 clove Garlic 16 oz Simple Truth Ground Beef 90/10 (by SLAPHAPPY37) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Preheat oven to 350. blend tomato, rice and beans together. Add to a mixing bowl. Add ground beef. add garlic,parsley and cilantro. add egg and rolled oats. Mix together very well. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to make meatballs. Place in a glass baking dish 10x 13. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Serve on rice or a bed of greens.
