Protein Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
4 tbsp Bestlife Olive Oil Buttery Spread 2 tbsp Agave, Honey Tree's Organic Blue 2 large Egg white, fresh 0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 0.5 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1.5 cup Oatmeal, Millville 100% Whole Grain 0.5 cup Flour, Bob's Red Mill 100% Whole Wheat 4 tbsp Splenda 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 cup Raisins, California 24 tsp Whey Protein, EAS 100% (Vanilla) 1 scoop = 12 teaspoons 4 tbsp Peanut Butter Powder, PB2
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray, and set aside.

- Whisk together butter, agave, egg whites, applesauce and vanilla extract until smooth.

- In a separate bowl, stir together the oats, flour, whey protein powder, splenda, baking soda, cinnamon and peanut butter powder. Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture, a little at a time, then add the raisins.

- Form a cookie with about three tablespoons of batter. Place each cookie onto the baking sheet at least 1 inch a part. Repeat until all mixture is used up.

- Bake in the oven for 12-24 minutes or until the center of the cookie is cooked through.
