* Canola Oil, 1 tbsp * Cumin Seed (jeera), 1 tsp * Spinach, fresh, 170 grams * Red Chili Powder, .5 tsp * Cumin Seed (jeera), 1 tsp * Curry Powder (garam masala), .5 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Cucumber (peeled), 300 grams * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Cook Spinach in oil along with all the spices.
Cool it.
Put Yogurt, Cucumber and Cooked Spinach in the blender and blend until smooth.
