Chili - No Beans

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef1 15.5-oz. jar of Salsa (you decide how hot)1 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp ground cumin2 tsp oregano1 tsp dried minced garlic1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Brown the beef - if it isn't too fatty, just stir in all the remaining ingredients (or you can pour off the fat first). Simmer until done to your liking (the onions in the salsa are a little crunchy if you don't cook the chili very long). Or you can put the whole thing in a slow cooker on low, and let it cook until you are ready to eat.
