Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck .5 serving Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 tbsp onion, dried minced (by JLFREEMAN65) 4 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1 tsp Turmeric, ground .5 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Duck Fat (by KIRACHAN3)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except fat.
Form 4 patties.
Fry in duck fat.
