1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt.5 cup 1% milk3 oz apple juice.5 cup blackberries.5 cup diced mango1 medium kiwi fruit peeled and sliced2 tbsp granulated sugar
Prepare all ingredients as necessary. Place in blender and chop until all fruit is no longer whole or in chunks. Continue to blend until smooth.
