Sugar free strawberry rhubarb jam

Ingredients
12.0 cup, diced Rhubarb8.0 Serving Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello)
Directions
Cut up 12 c of rhubarb. Put in a big pan , add 2TBS of lemon juice and as much sweetner as you like. 4 c is plenty. Let sit for an hr or 2 to release juices. Then cook till rhubarb is done add in your jello. Pulse in a processor and water bath after adding to canning jars. Serving Size: 84
