1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 8 green onions chopped 8 tbsp Sesame Seeds 8 tbsp slivered Almonds 6 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar1 cup Sunflower Oil 4 tbsp Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Chop cabbage and green onions and mix together. Broil sesame seeds and slivered almonds together until starting to brown. Add them to salad. Mix rice vinegar, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, and pepper and pour over salad. Use a spoon to mix salad until everything is coated evenly.
