Chocolate Dessert Pancakes!

1 cup Aunt Jemima Original Complete pancake mix 3 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .75 cup Milk, 3.25% 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp melted Nutella (Optional)
Preheat your favorite (non-stick) skillet on medium heat. Mix all dry ingredients, then add the vanilla extract and milk, stir until smooth consistency. Pour batter onto heated skillet to make 4" cakes, flipping after bubbles start to appear, then cook another minute or two (until the pancake has some resistance/feels spongy when pressed). Let cool for one or two minutes after removing from heat.
Melt the Nutella (or any nut butter for that matter) in the microwave at 100% for 30 seconds in 10 second increments, stirring after each 10 seconds (to reduce burning). Drizzle on top of each pancake, stacking like you would a real cake/short stack.
One batch makes about 9 pancakes, and one serving size is one pancake (80 calories).
