Ingredients
2 oz Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 serving Stevia in the Raw
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Allow pancake batter to sit for 2 minutes.
3. Heat pan on medium-low.
4. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil to pan.
5. Pour in half of pancake batter.
6. Cook on medium-low for 2 minutes on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 2 6-inch pancakes.

    it is a nice substitute for "real" pancakes; i sprinkled my with lemon juice & erythritol but it was still a little be too "eggy" I'm trying to get away from eggs every morning LOL - 8/1/18
