Simple Homemade Yakisoba Sauce

Ingredients
1-2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp hoisin sauce (or Japanese Worcestershire sauce)1/2 tsp Kikkoman rice vinegar1/4 tsp sesame oil
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and wisk to combine.
2. Pour over yakisoba noodles as they fry, tossing to coat.
