Ingredients
.25 breast, bone removed Turkey breast meat and skin (roasted) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs 4 cup Vegetable Broth .5 cup Milk, 1% 1 cup diced Potato, raw 3 tsp Bacon grease 3 cup Turkey Bone Broth - homemade (by SMGREGORY)
Directions
Cook 4 strips bacon crisp. Use 1 tbsp bacon grease to sweat onions and celery, then mushrooms. Add poratoes, vegetable stock, turkey broth,btb, rts. Simmer until broth reduced about 1/2, add cream,stir and serve.

Season to taste salt, pepper, smoked paprika
