6 serving Trader Joe's Organic Tricolor Quinoa (1/4 cup) (by DAVEPROZAC) 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 6 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) 1 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup) 3.5 serving Kuner's Garbanzo Beans no salt added 3 cup Kitchen Basics unsalted Vegetable Stock
Directions
1) chop up vegetables
2) dump in crock pot and cook on low 4-6 or high 2-4 hours
