Veggie beef stew

Ingredients
48.0 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast3.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw1.0 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned6.5 cup Kroger Canned Cut Green Beans1.0 large Onions, raw6.0 tsp Garlic1.5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth24.0 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low SodiumPlaying with this. Found it was a bit thin and needed some seasoning. Used raw beef; usually use the left overs from a roast and it's not as fatty bc I can remove some of the fat solids.
Directions
Put it all in a crock pot on low.
