Gluten Free Saltine Crackers

2 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour (by DEX82DAX) .5 tsp Baking Powder 2 tbsp Butter, salted 5.5 fl oz Milk, 3.25%
Mix together Flour and Baking soda, then cut in butter to make it crumbly.
Add in the milk and form a ball. Break the dough into half, and knead for a few minutes, then roll out on floured area.
Roll the dough thin, and cut into squares, placing them on a ungreased cookie sheet. Prick with a fork
Bake 325 until brown about 15-20 min.
You could do an egg wash on top and sprinkle with salt, or pepper if you wish.
Egg wash is: 1 egg white and 1 T water, beat together and brush on.
Serving Size: Makes about 48 2" square crackers
