Ingredients
2 cup Split Peas 4 cup Cured Ham 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook for 8 hours on low setting.
