Low Fat Cottage Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour4 tsp baking powder1 tsp Mustard Powder250g Cottage Cheese with Garlic & Chives2 eggs1 ½ cups low fat milk
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder and mustard powder into a bowl. Mix cottage cheese, eggs and milk together. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients. Pour in the cottage cheese mixture and mix quickly and light to just wet the dry ingredients. Divide the mixture between 12 muffin tins. Bake at 210°C for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked.
