Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
1 14.25 oz can Pink Salmon 2 large Egg2 tbsp Coconut Flour 1 small chopped Shallot1/4 cup chopped fresh Dill weed1 T Dijon Mustard 1 t Lemon Juice 2 tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Remove obvious bone and skins. MIx all ingredients except coconut oil. Shape into 6 patties and fry in coconut oil.
