2# Beef Brisket8 oz Bottled Italian Vinaigrette1/2 t Dried Oregano1/2 t Red Pepper Flakes5.2 oz Boursin Cheese10 dinner rollsRomaine Lettuce
Place brisket in crockpot, cut in half if too long to fit. Pour vinaigrette over the meat and sprinkle on Oregano and Red Pepper Flakes. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. When tender remove meat from juices and allow to cool enough to slice. Cut buns in half horizontally and place a couple of slices on meat on bottoms of each. Add up to 1/2 T of Boursin cheese on the meat and top with a small piece of crunchy Romaine lettuce. Place the top on the bun and serve!
