Ranchon Salmon Salad

Ingredients
1.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked1.0 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)5.0 oz Pink Salmon (fish)0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)3.0 tbsp Sour Cream1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Spread the rice evenly on a dinner plate. Layer chopped lettuce (your choice of leaf sizes) on top of the rice. Top with the cooked filet of salmon. Add about 1/4 cup of guacamole and one of sour cream. Add a few slices of avocado. Hot sauce is option, but that's how I like it.
