Arabic Diced Salad

Ingredients
1 large, Red Ripe Tomato, diced finely1 Cucumber (with peel) l, diced finely2 Medium Green Bell Peppers, scored and diced finely2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice only1 tsp Salt
Directions
Finely dice all vegetables and combine in bowl.

Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Stir to combine.

Serve fresh.
