1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 beet (2" dia) Beets, fresh 1 serving serrano chili (by MARYELLEN301) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 4 clove Garlic 3 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 3 tsp Ginger Root 100 gram(s) Herbs - Dried - Herbs De Provence - Schwartz (by IMMISCEO) 2 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 1 oz Mead (honey wine) (by BLUE_ORCHID) .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

add remaining ingredients to 2 quart pot.
bring to gentle boil then continue to cook on low heat for 1 hour.
mash the stew or blend for a creamier soup.
