16 oz Cod (fish) 1 serving idaho supreme mashed potatos (by FITPRIS) 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 tsp (C) Seasoning, Garlic, granulated (Tone's), .33 tsp (by MDHARVILLE) 0.25 tbsp Lawry Seasoned Salt (by DRDASARGE)
Combine potato flakes, an seasonings. Dip cod filet in milk. Coat with flake mixture. Place on rack over cookies sheet of shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
