Natasha's Roasted Red Bell Pepper and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
457 grams Carrots (about 6)1028 grams Red Peppers (about 6)400 gram(s) Tomato, roma (about 4)21.7 ounces Chicken Breast (3 large) 450 gram(s) White Sweet Potato (2 medium) 4 tbsp Olive Oil 56 grams Lemon grass, diced (1 large stalk)8 leaves Basil 2 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tsp Salt 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water or so
Directions
Throw all ingredients in pressure cooker for 30-60 min. Or slow cook for 4+ hours. Once cooked, break up all the food and stir until equally blended.
