1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 240 Eggplant, fresh 0.50 tbsp Tahini 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Onion powder
Cut the eggplant in half, lenghtwise, and bake it on a nonstick baking sheet face down, for 35-40 minutes
Remove from o en and let it cool to the point it can be handled (aprox. 15 min)
Once cool, scoop the flesh out and discard the skin
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor bowl
Pulse until desired consistency (best if some texture is retained)
