Ingredients
8 gram Muscle Milk 100% Whey Protein Powder Chocolate (by FIREDRAGONICE) 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 berry Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 0.75 cup (1 serving) Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER, QUAKER OAT LIFE, plain .5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 tbsp Honey
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender (I use a Nutri-bullet) and blend until smooth.
