Microwave Fudge For One

Ingredients
0.33 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in 1 quart glass container.
Microwave on high 1 min, stir down sides and microwave 50 seconds more
Add butter and vanilla, and beat until thick
Enjoy occasionally. It's not guilt free, bit it is an alternative to eating a large batch!
