1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 1 slice, thin (3-3/4" x 5" x 3/8") Bread, whole wheat (including toast) prepared from recipe 1 oz Feta Cheese
Directions
Add the cucumber, cheese, greek yogurt, and avocados on top of the toast and enjoy. Optional: some fresh mints
