Ingredients
64 grams Flour, white 17 grams Buckwheat 18 grams Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 grams Salt
Directions
Mix the ingredients, add water and knead until you get a smooth, reasonably hard dough.
Rest for 30 min.
Roll the dough into thin sheets, cut into small 0.5 cm squares.
Boil for 5 min.
