Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Berries - Kirkland Nature's Three Berries 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh 0.25 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 10 almond Almonds 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 2 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 cup ice
Directions
I put the banana in first, followed by the berries, kale, oats, almonds, chia seeds, flax, almond milk and ice. Blend well, this smoothie can get thick. Enjoy!
