Ingredients
2 cup Spinach, cooked 8 oz Silk Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened 8 oz Silk cashew milk unsweetened 2 tsp Turmeric, ground 3.05 tbsp Peanut Butter PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 2 tsp Coriander seed 2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Ginger, ground 8.1 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Steam spinach in large pot with 1/4 cup of water, for about 3 minutes, add all the spices. Pour into blender, add Cashew and Coconut Milk, blend until smooth. Bring mix back to large pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Serving Size: Vegetarian Cream of Spinach
