Easy Spinach Lasagne

2 cans (13 1/2 oz.) Del Monte Leaf Spinach Reduced Sodium2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Hunt's Diced Basil, Garlic & Oregano 1 pkg. (15 oz.) Cheese--Great Value Part Skim Ricotta Cheese--1/4 cp serv 2 c. (8 oz.) Velveeta Shreds Mozzarella-1 serving = 1/4 c. 9 (2-inch) Barilla Whole Grain Lasagne 2 noodles/serving 1lb. lean Jenni O Ground Turkey (whole package)
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Cook meat with tomatoes in skillet over medium-high heat, 7 minutes. Drain spinach well, squeezing out excess liquid; blend with ricotta cheese.
3. Layer 3 noodles, 1/2 spinach mixture, 1/3 tomato mixture, and 1/2 cheese in 9X13 inch baking dish. Repeat, ending with noodles, tomatoes and cheese.
4. Bake at 350 F, 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
OPTIONAL: Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with Parmesan cheese
