HCG 2.0 Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 4 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild salt and pepper if desired.
Directions
I use a Microcooker that allows me to scramble my eggs. If doing on stove top use skillet with a coating that requires no additional oils. If using coconut oil on the protocol- (refer to the blog) You can use here. Just be sure to count it in your calories for the day.

Scramble the egg and egg substitute. Add salt and pepper if desired. Top with Salsa and enjoy!
