Ingredients
0.5 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar9.0 serving old el paso red enchilada sauce3.5 serving old el paso spicy fat free refried beans8.0 oz portabella mushrooms6.0 serving mission white corn tortillas
Directions
Sautee mushrooms. Add beans and a splash of sauce. Spray bottom of pan add more sauce top with six tortillas to cover bottom of pan, top withbean mixture and more sauce another layer of tortillas and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Serving Size: 6 equal pieces
