1 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit 1 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 1 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium) 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, chopped Kale
Directions
Put all ingredients together with ice and water and blend! Easy! Serving Size: 3
