8 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat .5 tbsp Honey
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend. Enjoy. Add ice for extra chill.
