1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Agave Nectar, Light 1 clove Garlic, grated1/8 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1/2 cup Lemon Juice (FRESH! None of that bottle stuff)1/2 cup Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake till you can't shake no more.
Keeps well in the fridge, but the oil can solidify, so take it out when you start prepping. It'll go back to liquid at room temperature.
