Ingredients
2.0 cup diced Potato, raw12.0 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained4.0 large Scrambled Egg
Directions
Brown sausage, drain& set aside. Cook potatoes until almost tender. Add sausage to potatoes and cook until potatoes are soft. Add in eggs and mix constantly until eggs are cooked.
