Ingredients
1 cup Fresh Made Organic Kefir - Plain 0.5 serving Green Machine (Naked Superfood) 2 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice 1 cup, sliced Banana, fresh 1 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup Spinach, frozen 1 serving Sweet Potatoes, Baked (One potato) 0.5 cup Raspberries 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 0.4 cup pieces or chips Walnuts 0.4 cup, whole Almonds 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high or purée setting. Add water/ice/naked juice as needed to make it less thick. Serving Size: Makes 5-8 1/1.5 cup servings
