Easy Shakshuka

Ingredients
4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 oz Athenos Feta Cheese14.5 oz italian style diced tomatoesCumin to tasteCayenne pepper to tasteGarlic powder to tasteSalt to tastePepper to tastePaprika to taste
Directions
Heat up entire can of tomatoes over a medium heat in a medium to smaller size skillet Add spices, honestly I like spice so I added a healthy sprinkling of each. Add feta cheese and mix into the tomatoes When it starts simmering, reduce heat and carefully crack each egg into the tomatoes. Try to keep them separate. Cover the skillet Cook for 3-5 minutes. Eggs should still be runny . I let mine go a little long so the yolk was only a little runny :( next time I won't try to clean dishes while cooking lol.
