12 tbsp HEB Onion & Chive Cream Cheese Spread 6 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 3 serving Bar S Bacon 6 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Halve and de-seed 12 jalapenoes. Fill each half with 1 tbsp. onion & chives cream cheese, top with 1/2 ounce of chicken, then wrap with a 1/2 slice of bacon around each one.
Arrange wrapped jalapeno halves in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 45 minutes, or until bacon is evenly browned and crisp.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings of 3 Peppers Each
