Peanut Butter Coconut Bites (Protein Balls)

1/4 cups Raw Cacao Nibs 3/4 cups Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 3/4 cup Country Choice Organic Old Fashioned Oats 1/4 Ground Flaxseed Meal3/4 cups Kirkland - Organic Creamy Peanut Butter) \1/4 cups Honey
Mix oats, coconut, flax and cocoa nibs together in bowl.
Mix pb, honey together and add to dry mix and mix well.
Scoop out with large cookie scoop and roll into balls (about 1 1/2 Tablespoons per ball) Add more pb or honey if too dry. Wet hands work best for rolling these out. Store in fridge, keeps for 2+ weeks.
