12.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap6.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup slices Carrots, cooked1.0 cup, diced Celery, cooked1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw6.0 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon0.5 cup Barley, pearled, raw2.0 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 tsp Pepper, black3.0 tsp Garlic powder
Wash barley and drain. Set aside. Chop all vegetables and cooked chicken. Fill pot with 12 cups of water. Add bouillon and bring to boil. Add all other ingredients and cook for one hour.
