Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Chili powder 1.0 dash Salt1.0 tbsp Lemon juice0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 cup Bush's Pinto Beans1.71 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Heat the olive oil on med heat, add onions and garlic and saute a couple minutes. Add large can of pinto beans and died tomatoes, Chili powder, salt, lemon juice, spices to taste. Bring to a boil and turn heat to low. Cook until the juice boils down to desired consistency. Serving Size: 4 1cup servings
