Chocolate Chips cookies (Low Sugar)

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter1/2 cup Splenda 1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed!)1 egg1 tsp vanilla3/4 all purpose flour1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips1/2 tsp baking sodadash salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F

Blend well together the butter with the brown sugar and Splenda. Add egg and vanilla and blend well.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and slowly add to the wet ingredients. Mix to just well blended.

Using a small tablespoon sized cookie scoop (disher), dish out cookies on a nonstick baking pan, or better yet, a pan lined with a Silpat. Put cookies 12 to a pan and bake for 12 minutes.

These are good! Yield 30 cookies.
