Directions
Heat coconut oil in frying pan and cook frozen hash browns according to package directions with onion powder, mean while scramble 1 egg, melt cheese on top, top hash browns with egg and cheese, serve with tomato wedges, enjoy. Serving Size: Makes 2 Servings
