1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries3 tbsp Boiled Apple Cider Syrup (https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2013/10/boiled-cider-syrup.html) 1 tsp lemon zest1 tsp raw sugar (optional)1 tbsp lemon juice3 tbsp chia seeds
Combine berries, syrup, zest and sugar (if using) in a medium pot and bring to a simmer, mashing the berries slightly. Cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chia seeds.
Process in a waterbath for 15 minutes.
