Wacky Cake

1.5 cup Flour, white 1 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 6 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup of water
Pre-heat oven to 350*
Mix dry ingredients in an 8" ungreased pan.
Make 3 holes in the dry mix. Put the vinegar in the first, oil in the second, and vanilla in the third. Pour the cup of water over all and mix with a fork until smooth.
Note: this cake requires no frosting; dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Bake in 350* oven for 25 minutes.
