Ingredients
1 tsp Salt 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 0.75 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 0.75 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.50 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 4.50 cup Bush's, Black Beans 3 tbsp Cilantro, raw 8 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 75 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
Directions
Drain and rinse 2 cans of beans. Core, seed and chop peppers. Chop onions. Chop cilantro, mix all together.
